Reporting to the VP, Sales & Marketing, the Sales Coordinator is responsible with assisting the National sales & pricing teams with administration, scheduling, projects, research, presentations, RFIs (Requests For Information), communicating with clients and other related duties.
Demonstrated customer service, problem solving, time management and organizational skills are integral to your success in this position. Experience providing high-level administrative support, exceptional communication along with proficiency in all MS Office applications is essential. Experience in travel coordination and in an Executive Assistant type role is considered an asset. This is a full time, Monday to Friday position.
